These terms are effective as of 1th March 2023
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") are applicable to the use of Lhasa's services as described below. Please make sure to read and understand these Terms before using our services.
By accessing or using Lhasa's services, you agree to these Terms and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
Lhasa offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) that includes a mobile application and a web portal for retailers with physical stores. Our business model is freemium, which means we provide an initial free feature called "Google Product Listing." Additionally, we offer the following paid features:
Google Product Listing: Create online product listings on Google and be discovered by local customers searching for your products
Chat & Pay: Turn browsers into buyers with our chat interface, providing an easy way to check product availability and make safe payments
Click & Collect: Make shopping enjoyable for customers by giving them the option to order online and pick up in-store
Review Management: Control your product reviews on Google My Business to raise your online presence and boost your online reputation
Local Inventory Ads: Oversee your Google Ads spending to raise your products' online presence and boost sales
When registering for a Lhasa account, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Please ensure the security of your login and password information and do not share it with third parties.
The prices for Lhasa's paid features are as follows:
Google Product Listing: Free
Chat & Pay: €4.99 per month + 2% per transaction
Click & Collect: €4.99 per month
Review Management: €4.99 per month
Local Inventory Ads: €9.99 per month
You can enable or disable these features at any time. However, once enabled, you will be billed the following month. After disabling, you will not be charged in the following month but in the subsequent month. There is no minimum commitment, and you can cancel your Lhasa account at any time.
The 2% per transaction fee for "Chat & Pay" will be deducted directly from the consumer's payment and deposited into the retailer's account, excluding Lhasa's 2%.
Any applicable taxes will be added to the total amount.
Accepted payment methods for our paid services are specified in our application. Payment is processed via credit card according to the payment date chosen by the customer. Monthly charges will be based on the indicated prices.
We do not offer refunds for our services. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and no additional payment will be charged in the following month.
We maintain security measures to protect your information. Please follow security guidelines when using our services.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
